Faith is absolutely "worth it", just not in the traditional sense. Miracles are the soul source of healing magic outside of Warmth, which has it's own weird drawbacks. Miracles also get some kick-ass buffs with Sacred Oath and GMB. Lighting Spear isn't worht attuning, but GLS is. I would use Emit force until then.

Te pretty cool to dual wield it but melted damage is meh and your mover is incredibly limited.
