Jul 30, 2020 · I have this pc dell 9020 small form factor, At everytime I try to turn on, there is amber light blinking 2-1, then I remove the power plug and hold the power button for 15-20 sec , then I connect it again and it worked. Next time when I tried to turn on the computer I followed the steps all over again everytime. I know this would be a common issue. When I press the power button on my XPS 13 Dell Laptop it shows Dell logo and nothing happens. The front led lights blinks white for 4 times and then amber for 2 times. I did search online and there are many explanations like remove the back cover re-insert ram etc. Not sure which one to follow.Disconnect the AC adapter or power cable from the laptop and remove the battery.
