I haven't had to cancel a reservation only once or twice. But unfortunately after my most recent experience I will not be using them again.We checked our precious fur babies in for the long weekend at this hotel. Best decision ever! They were well taken care of and receiving the constant updates of their activities with hundreds of pics made us feel so secure and happy 😊 The staff are so friendly and approachable, one can definitely see the passion they have for dogs.Hotel Reservations.
