Fine-smoked meats with a gluten-free approach that doesn't neglect our vegetarian community.We got the baby back ribs. For the sides, we got the Mac n cheese, BBQ beans, creamy coleslaw, and the garlic mashed potatoes. This was more than enough food for the 8 of us and we had quite a bit of leftovers! The baby back ribs were a bit dry, so it definitely helped to drench the ribs with the bbq sauce. The brisket was lean and had good flavor!
